The peak I am walking to is Hjelledalstinden, 1989 meters above sealevel. My tent is on about 1220 meters above sealevel.

The lake I am swimming in at the end is Tyin. I am swimming in the same lake in the video The Playground.
The red snow is because of algae, Chlamydomonas nivalis.

That really is a nice shot. If someone makes a montage dedicated to him, they should use this scene as the ending. It perfectly sums of his life. He loved being in nature and exploring it.
Rest in Peace Apetor, I found out his channel at October. Also swimming in the Northern Sea at every weekend ever since. After swimming, I always say goodbye to Apetor who was a happy person at winter time!

His name was Tor, he was a good man, a good TH-camr. He never failed in cheering us up. He kept his vows as best he could. He came to us from Norway, he bathed much, drank fiercely, touched dead lemmings...we shall never see his like again. And now his watch is ended.

The still camera makes this really relaxing to watch, the video looks like a nature documentary. Also imagine having to put the cam down, just to walk then 50 meters backwards, so that you can then walk into the camera frame. I didn't know Norway had that big and rough-looking mountains. This kind of episodes could qualify to be a mini-series on TV. This is art.

And I think that's the magic of apetor's videos - he just takes off all the bullshit prejudices and biases of society, goes out, dances in the snow and simply doesn't give a fuck about not doing something just because grown ups have been taught that this and that is dangerous, poisonous, toxic, stupid or whatever.
