I admire you so much Heart. I really want you to be the next First lady of our country. You’re a woman with such compassion not just to people but also to the helpless animals around you. I was crying while watching your video now because our adopted puspin was just run over by a monster riding a motorcycle, our dog was even on the side of road when they hit him hard. It was so heartbreaking and nerve wrecking feeling. I really hate heartless humans who hurt or kill poor animals. Its hard to rescue an animal and yet they can take an animals life that easy. Sorry for the long comment I badly need to vent out my sentiments.

I often went to the Capitol to report & Ms. Heart had been in our town na more than once but I never got the chance to see her in person. Hayy. Hope you can raise funds to improve the health care services available in Sorsogon. They deserve better. ✨🇵🇭
FYI, just from the Provincial Government of Sorsogon alone, led by her husband Governor Chiz Escudero, the Sorsoganons are now enjoying a "No Bill Payment" policy in all its government-run hospitals (9 hospitals throughout the province). Medicines are free too. Sorsogon is all also one of the initial province that will implement the Universal Health Care Program of the National Government. New medical facilities and equipment are already on its way, such as dialysis machines, blood centrifuge machines, etc.
Great to hear! Hopefully they implement these to the other provinces of our country. ✨
