This is a beautiful color palette. I don´t like chimmer on my eyeshadows, so I wish they will duplicate this palette with soft mattes only. The color of your eyes is perfect for the looks you created. Thank you.

I have the palette bur haven't used it yet apart from swatching. It looks to me like these colours will be best applied as a one & done or two shades only as there isnt a lot of light & shade between the colours. I will most likely be incorpating anorher shade for my crease & using my PML intensifer to inhibit fallout. Lovely formula & Im looking forward to playing with the beautiful colours.

The one time I neglected to apply primer first, the shadow started to fade almost immediately. That would explain your arm swatches disappearing. Mineral is my favorite shade in the palette.

This does look like a Fall palette, doesn't it? Because you asked, I loved your lighting and background at the very beginning of your video. The second part, where you did your first two looks took the lighting down a bit. It was OK, but I think the impact of the shadows would have been more apparent with lighting choice 1. For the last two looks, the brighter light showed your colors well, but with the change in camera angle, it wasn't as flattering on you. And I don't think it was any better for seeing the palette colors. You look gorgeous in all of this. The second two looks are my favorites too. But the big takeaway for me is those Colourpop liners. I use a brightening liner in my waterline too. And having more colors that last all day would be really nice. I have the colors in the Byredo palettes in other palettes I own, so I'm going to pass on it. Plus fallout drives me nuts. But excellent review. Thank you. Happy Sunday!💚
I agree it’s more autumnal isn’t it? The lighting is driving me mad. I’ll have to try multiple settings and heights until I find the one I like. Thanks for your feedback it really does help. I’m not happy with the new settings. I’ve made some adjustments for my next video which will be Wednesday so I’ll see how that goes when I film. The colourpop liners are amazing. They really don’t budge and you can get so many colours. I also like their darker shades for tight lining, I have a navy blue one which is amazing ❤
@@hanbeauty101 I Love Navy Liner! I have to say that I have two Navy liners in Victoria Beckham. But they are lousy for inner rim. Gone in a flash. I was hunting for a navy and I was just on the Colourpop site. They have some great eyeliner bundles, but I got overwhelmed. Might be good to get the neutral bundle and add a Navy. That should get me free shipping. As for your settings, you were really on to something in the first part of this video. You seemed close to the camera, but you look great head on, looking straight at the viewer. Your skin is amazing in those shots. Also the background looked very good. I was going to comment on how much I liked it before you shifted to the change in settings for the first two looks. I hope that helps.
@@DeborahCarlston I’ve upgraded my lights again, I just want a more crisp finish, so the first part was with my old lights, in the second part I had my new lights set way too high and close, my new ones have soooo many settings. I’ve been reading up on it and think I’ve found a better setting, I guess I’ll find out Wednesday 😂. I’ll film a shorts tomorrow with the Byredo, see how that goes. The blue liner I love is called Ventura BLVD, it’s a multi chrome one. With the light ones I have most pastel shades and they all sit so well in the waterline. I also like the glossier ones but these are cheaper and maybe even better! ❤

So I have high hopes for these liners, I'm going to start filming some videos soon. I'll be asking you more questions about lighting than you can imagine. I have an engineer friend who is starting to post regularly on TH-cam and he shares all of his equipment malfunctions, and equipment wins. But as for lighting, he doesn't care about looking pretty. I do.

The palette is expensive and that's why I'm wondering whether to buy it. Please maybe some advise 🙏🙏🙏
Welcome and thank you for your kind words. I’m sure you can enjoy this palette. If you blot your eyelids with a tissue, then add an eye primer such as the one from urban decay, but lots of brands sell them, set this with your setting powder and then apply the eyeshadow ❤️
Remains me of makeup back in the 70’s. Wet shiny look.

Yes they’ll make great one and done looks, fallout is definitely avoidable but it is a bit messy. Enjoy it, it’s such a beauty ❤️

I saw your review and I like this palette but are these shadows long lasting? I'm asking because a pallet costs a lot.
I find that if I use an eyeshadow primer, it does last, but you do need to be a little bit more careful with this one. ❤️
