My husband and I listen to the Bible every night as we're falling to sleep,I have learned a lot from doing this and it has brought us closer to the Lord we are trying to get into the habit of living the way he wants us to.The devil has been working hard to get us to backslide but God is with us and nothing is going to break the bond we are building.Thank you God for blessing me with the love you have for me and opening my heart to hear your word my only regret is that I didn't turn to you long ago.I Am Blessed.

TM, I do the same and listen at night as I relax before sleep, having my undivided attention. Focussing on Heavenly things makes a huge difference in my daytime.

People should read the version they are most comfortable with. The Kjv is always good to have for clarification on certain scriptures but it's a personal choice.
