Tying up with IIHR Hesaraghatta to prepare the saplings might cut your costs from 350-ish to below 100-ish. But if you had included transportation and interim maintenance in 350-ish, please ignore.

Can you pls let me know the total expenses for 1 acre land to convert in to Miyawaki Forest??

1 acre land is 4046 sq. m. The video says 3-5 saplings per sq.m. So, 1 acre can hold ~ 12,000 saplings (considering 3 per sq. m). If price per sapling is Rs 500 (including maintenance for 2 years after which they are self sufficient), then the total price is ~ Rs. 60 lakh.
      Hope that helps.

Depends on how much water resources you have at disposal, how far are you from your nearest nursery, what kind of trees are you aiming for(i.e. fruit bearing or lumber) and such. But to just plant the trees it shouldn't take much. There are govt. horticulture research institutes, whom you can approach and give them a contract for your required number of saplings. If you pay some advance, they will fetch you saplings for cheap prices.

There is no forest in urban Bengaluru. Atleast I have never come across one. All I have come across is concrete jungles.😢😢
