I bought these cause I stand for 10 hours at my job. Incredibly uncomfortable but the part that wraps around the heal and ankle, digs into my ankles and honestly is painful by the end of the shift. Tried tying it differently which helped some but I still have the problem. I might just have a weird ankle tho idk
You're completely correct. I've had the invincible runs 2 and 3. They're only good for running, not walking or standing around. The cushioning is to bouncy for that, but all these reviewers keep saying they're soo comfortable so everyone keep regurgitating the same thing. Smh
@@supersonik76 welcome to the internet and even that, it's not even a good running shoe it has good amount of soft cushionning, and that's about it the ride is horrible and force you to heel strike (because of how much far back the midsole is) the fit is poor, heel slip even with loop, narrow forefoot which makes disasterous blisters it does not breath, it's heavy, it's not accomodating and durability ? the glue they used on both the outsole and the upper isn't strong enough to handle the squishy foam there's just a whole lot of better options out there, but your know, nike fan boys and youtube influencers
I had the same ankle issue with these shoes. I loved the invincible 1's for long distance daily trainers. I went through 2 pairs in a year. The invincible 2's kinda sucked imo. They were way too loose and the toe box was too big for my liking. I was excited for the 3's. But I was only about 3mi into a 10mi run when they started digging into the back of my ankle. By the time i got home, I was bleeding through my sock. Haven't worn them since then.
As awesome as Jordan’s and air maxs are, shoes like this are really where it’s at for comfort. Nike, adidas and under armours running shoes keep you going all day with how comfy they all are 🔥👟
I ordered custom invincible 3s using the Nike for you they just got made and are getting shipped right now I’m very excited it was only $210 you can’t beat that!!
It's a good shoe after you break them in. The toe box is tight on top. Also there is heal slip. May need to lace them a little tighter. Also a little off balance until you get used to it. I get alot of compliments about them. I have the Blue color way.
I had an earlier editionnof these and i have to disagree. They drop your toes really low with a gradual curve that is great for running, not so much walking. The cushion makes running so much easier and more comfortable, hence you can run for longer, but my legs and feet get sore just walking in these. There are better shoes that offer just as much cushion for walking but spread out in such a way throughout the sole that it still allows for a natural step.
@@shaylorcyclingwahoolecol8313 Are you serious? Ultraboosts were being worn more as casual shoes than running shoes even though they’re meant for running. Just like nurses and doctors in hospitals are mostly standing all day in Hokas.
I work at adidas, the X_PLRBoost is probably the most comfortable shoe we’ve ever released. The boost is insanely soft and the whole construction is just super cushioned. It’s like walking with pillows on your feet
@@io-rj6sk the X_plrBoost is a shoe design for walking and standing all day. The shoe itself isn’t a running shoe the way those Nikes are, but a comfort shoe.
I know they are not the cool shoe to wear. Skechers are hands down my favorite shoes. They are so incredibly lightweight and comfortable. I have like 12 pairs of different styles and I love them all. I can buy at least 5 pairs of Skechers for what 1 pair of Nikes cost IMAO.
Wanted to like these but couldn’t. There is no heel support in that simply standing, the heel falls down and in to the sneaker. It’s like there was not an even amount of sole placed 180 around the heel. Weird.
I have already gotten 3 pairs of the 3s for running plus daily wear and got 2 pairs of the 2s people that be hating on them must be getting the wrong size or something cause these incredible
I have these and I love them. Miles more comfortable than anything I’ve ever worn before. They just aren’t very breathable in my experience. Still a 9.5/10 though.
The only thing that I hate about mine is how soft the foam is. If you walk on crushed limestone or pavement that has small rocks id wear a different shoe. The foam is super soft and prone to cracking
I agree but I’d rather say that these are the most comfortable running shoe. Whereas for lifestyle I would say maybe like a air max would be the most comfortable for lifestyle
They look really comfortable but I see a bit of a front lean. I wear hoka bindi 7 and they don’t have much of a front lean and that’s what I like. They do look comfortable though. I might get the For walking.
If you're a diabetic and partial amputee like myself. Yes. You will buy a pair of shoes like this just for comfort. I strictly buy running shoes, and spend a lot of money on them for this reason.
Everyone has flat feet 😂 what would expect when you stand on them your whole life? Get something that isn’t flat and leave something of weight on it see if it flattens, it will.
Because of the midsole anytime you take a step all that energy is returned back to you, meaning you will not get tired. So for walking you will not get tired. As for standing around I would say you’re bound to get tired regardless of the shoe if you’re standing in one place for a very long time but regardless these are still a definite go to
@@unironicaIIy There are very few studies or anything that actually show forefoot striking to be better than heelstriking. It's overstriding that's the problem, in which case forefoot/heel striking is equally bad for you.
