Arif, this is software for radio broadcasters, not podcasters and TH-cam stars. The reason you don't get it is because you are out of your comfort zone. For you, setting up Breakaway One is like trying to figure out how to perform brain surgery. You could have done some research in advance, talked with a broadcaster and learned how to use it....before you trashed it. Who cares if you don't like it? The best thing you can do is NOT use it. You'll just screw it all up and blame someone else for your failure. Breakaway One is an excellent product when used for the purpose it is intended for. Your review is not a review.....it's a bunch of cry baby whining. You owe Leif Claesson an apology.

Breakaway products were never intended for audio routing. They are and always were sold for that purpose. They are software audio processors meant for radio/broadcast applications. Except for the support and purchase experience, don't blame them, blame yourself.

Well, to be perfectly honest on two points. 1. No software that I know of will offer you a refund once the package is opened, or in this case, downloaded. The website does state clearly to try the software before you buy it to make sure it is what you want or need. 2. This software wasn't designed for "Joe Blow" or the person using Twitch, or TH-cam. it was designed for professional radio and/or broadcast use. The cost of this software, versus buying a piece of hardware for audio processing such as the Orban Optimod 6300, which costs about $4000, will always make one go for the software solution. Broadcasters need all of this complex capability in the setup.
I have not used breakaway one but I did use breakaway broadcast on an FM station and I can tell you there is nothing that sounds like it. It was game changing. Perhaps you can explain to us what you wanted to do with it?? 🤔
Good video. I installed this and for the life of me I don't know how to set it up. I'm disappointed because I saw how this enhances your sound and from the videos I've seen, it sounds good but I just can't configure it. First of all I ran that test thing and heard the beep, but I'm not getting any sound to go into it. All the buttons are useless too. At least with Breakaway Audio Enhancer it was so basic and you knew what to do and was easy to set up. This on the other hand, absolutely rubbish!
I'm feeling you. Unfortunately, this program is extremely overkill for what you need. It is primarily used for enhancing the sound on a radio station. It's basically used to ensure that the sound is clear and punchy when it reaches the radio in your car or at home. Sure, you can use the Pipeline software to get sound into the processor, but for your needs it's just unnecessarily complicated. I don't know how the Breakaway Live software was marketed, and I can't comment on the company, but it sucks when you spend money on something that doesn't deliver as expected.
My needs aside, this softwares who UI/UX is trash. They clearly didn't focus test any of this prior to launch. I advise no one to pay for this if they can at all dodge it. Many other software including Voicemeter are much better and simpler alternatives

I think you forgot this is supposed to be something for FM, i sell computers with these computers and its easy to set-up.
