Hi Leisha ,weird question when you pierce ears of a reborn doll if you don't have a lot of earlobe do you just pierce thru the ear and the neck of the baby because the back of the earrings are long ? If your baby has a good ear do you put backing on the earrings like toddler baby ? Thanks
