Summer Salmon in Idaho | Everyone Tagged Out!

We took a trip this past summer to go fish some epic salmon! We had some help from Fish and Game recycling Salmon from the trap and bringing them back up the river for fisherman to catch again! There were a lot of "First" salmon caught because of it, can't wait to hit this river again this year!

Once F&G gets their quota of fish needed they then start “recycling” the salmon back down river for fisherman to have another opportunity on them. They put a hole punch on the gill plate of the fish to show it’s been to the trap and brought back down.
