Salt to taste
Red chilly powder- 1 tsp
Black pepper powder- 1 tsp
Cornflour- 5-6 Tbspn
Oil to fry
For Honey Chilly Potato
Oil - 2-3 Tbspn
Garlic cloves- 3-5
Green chilly- 2-3
Spring Onion- white
Onion- 1 Med
Bell pepper- 1
Tomato- 1
Tomato ketchup- 4 Tbspn
Hot Chilly sauce- 3 Tbspn
Soya sauce- 2 Tbspn
Dark soya sauce- 2 tbsp
White vinegar- 1 tsp
Chilly flakes- 2 tsp
Honey- 1/2 - 2 Tbspn
Spring Onion greens
