Lead singer as one of the biggest collection of rare Adidas trainers in Britain and had a very popular fanzine about his collection, still got some of the fanzines in my garage somewhere.
Great cover version but not their best song IMO. Comfort and Golden Vision from their Hullabaloo album are amazing but if I was pressed I'd have to say that "Smile" was the best song from The Farm. Crazy to think it was only a b-side on one their singles (12inch Rising Sun). Amazingly underrated song.
It's funny.... The Farm are like one of those huge elaborate chocolate boxes.. A big lid with a fancy picture on it, then you untie the big silver bow and carefully lift the lid..only what's inside? hmm... no big pile of Bounty's, Dime Bars & Wispa's..oh no...not even a caramac....just a single solitary toffee penny.... after which you wonder why this product even managed to get on the market for being so utterly disappointing...
All these years later, and I notice SNAP! The Power, in the background :)
I heard groovy train a lot at the clubs in the 90's. Best times.
The Farm ; Thanks...
= Love = Peace.

Tuned In From Somewhere Over Here In Liverpool, Merseyside U.K
Just remembered this track. Superb.👏👏👏
Breakbeats make any tune sound better.hip hop started it and hardcore and jungle music took it to its logical conclusion
...all these youth want a MILF 'cos they're addicted to porn but can't dance to break beat,,.
The female vocal sample is from 'Let no man put asunder' by First Choice.
Oh yes, so it is !
That's a great track !
Thanks for this, I had the song bouncing in my head today and I'd forgotten who had done this version.
Mantronix - King Of The Beats
The bunk hotel must love this
This is what I was thinking about the late 89
the beginning of this is orange lemon dreams of santa anna
He sounds like Ryder here
I like that this guy looks like his day job is being an accountant.

I've honestly not heard a lot of their songs so I'm sure you'd know better than I
Nowhere close. Decent cover but the Farm did way better songs.
@@markdoherty8161 'Somewhere' is good imo - 'Pastures Old and New' has some good tracks
This was independently released
More club-footed then most of their releases, borrowing from severed heads and snap of all people and of course there's the song itself..
it's good like....
Farley
Anyone know the voice sample at the start?
Noel Mc Donagh Yes, I know it: Lyn Collins - Think.
It's the a capella of Let No Man Put Asunder by First Choice, sampled by a ton of tunes. Goldie sampled it too.
Who’s the girl ?
