All that she is blabbering is because of her privileges and background that she was able to get rank 4 while not even qualifying the prelims of UPSC cause the privileges/jacks don’t work there to such an extent. We as a community,nation wont grow unless we stop worshipping and going crazy about just qualifying an exam and using social media to get fame rather appreciating and promoting guys who do the real work for the betterment and upliftment of our society.

I wish knowledge, pure and simple, was as much respected in our society. We have twisted standards. We have overhyped these exams to the level of making celebrities of it. Yes, it is a need of the society, but would someone in deep study be respected as much? Anyone can see that these exams don't demand any serious depth. Basically , as they say, what's respected by a society reflects it's state: in a cultured one education would be held in a high regard. We have a lot many exams that lead to a celebrity but which demand at best a shallow know-how of everything. Can we ever respect a young poet as much?, a young scientist who can discover something new? A mathematician who has something new to say? There are many in our society. We hardly know them.

Junaid Ahmad like students are exceptions not rule. One who has been Average in studies since school days has extremely less chances of making it to the selection list of CSE exams. It's bitter but truth!
