Since seperation my whole body went haywire . Tired. Body tightness all over , vertigo, floaty, dont sleep good . Not myself. But everytime we are talking and seeing each other again it all instantly goes away and I glow !
I'm in pain with him and I'm in pain without him. It never ends it never gets better it never resolves itself. It is completely unaffected by time, distance and attempts at dissolution. Once you have experienced THIS love no other will ever do except for God.

I had to force myself to pull away from mine as well… it’s only been 2 months since we last communicated and I’m not confident at all to say I’m handling it well… I’m trying my best to live my life but it’s definitely so so hard 🥺
I've been doing the best I can and I'm just exhausted. I'm feeling very ready to completely give up. You're asking me to send her vibrations, but I don't understand that at all because she is not sending anything back at all. I feel for you, I can relate to your situation. I think it is better to stop sending the energy to your (supposed to be) twinflame . Oh my goodness. I’m going through all of that too. The ringing in my ears is driving me crazy. My heart starts pounding and I get butterflies out of nowhere. Birds come right up to me, even though I am allergic. I see flashes of light in my peripheral. Usually blue or white. The newest is I am getting visions. Usually of people I don’t know. Like a movie on mute. Then 3 days later, What I see happens. Then I get that Deja vu feeling.

Dealing with day and night obsession and brain pinging. Soul draining anxiety and pain I want it to stop I feel mentally ill. Always tired taking days off from work to rest. Head and chest pains missing him I dont know why we cant just talk. I wonder if talking would heal this sickness. I'm vegging in bed I get angry like I'm cursed missing this human.
The Longing got a bit softer. I managed to "let him of the hook" for about half a year.... it was just too hard he said no to being with me and the Longing feeling so intens all of the time. It bordering on the obsessive which my practical brain finds utterly foolish. Then the longing suddenly 'snapped back', a bit less 'sharp', but with the additional new to me realisation of: "I adore you". I find it beautiful, precious and excruciating at the same time. The experiences I had were undeniable and priceless. Yet I feel like 'a widow of the future'. There is grief. I will take the rest of 2021 to recuperate from all things that happened over the last years in several areas of my life.
The phrase “I do not allow memories to stand in today’s blessing. I let go of the past” it’s quite painful. Sometimes being open to new chapter in your life you should stop relieving your past with your twin and stop predicting what to happen in the future. Those it hurts me so well to let him go, I don’t get it why it hurts. I can’t just forget him
What if you're living in separate countries but you are in communication, Have never met each other in person; just phone calls, texting, sometimes by video. I find this more difficult just thinking about it even though there's communication. It seems like a carrot being dangled in front you but you just can't seem to grasp it. Sometimes there's deathly silent because there's connection issues with the phones.
I allowed my pain to Blind. me it caused me to lie to my partner because I couldn't face the truths. I was manipulating her. Making her go crazy. Any man out there reading this..... please know.... that if you lie to your woman she probably already knows you are lying she just wanted to see if you would tell the truth and every time you lie it hurts her even more. Ultimately you only played yourself.

How come it seems like I’m the only one suffering separation sickness? My DM seems to be breezing through separation, or at least not feeling the physical symptoms. Could I be wrong about this connection?
A few ideas/notes.. #1.Assuming you are female and they are male- men are able to ‘compartmentalize” emotions more efficiently than women. It has to do with the natural role of the sexes and the physical differing gender make up of the body. Men are better equipped to handle large loads of stress. #2. Not sure if this is true or not, but what I’ve been able to gather is they go through it when you come out of it. I think this may be true. Your TF might be sensing and feeling you going through this..OR some people say their higher self can come to placate you during your time. Not sure which..maybe a bit of both. Try not to hold feelings of anger or jealousy towards them. Often both have their hands tied. This is what makes it painful for both-you can be hurting in two different ways but still hurting. (Just like how a wife could be dying of cancer doesn’t mean the husband is happy- no, loved ones have a different type of pain, but pain none-the-less. Often, they go to work/school etc while this happens). It’s like being locked in and without. It will get better. And I need to say it’s absolutely ok to doubt the connection, in fact I encourage you to just consider what that would mean if you were wrong about your connection, and why it would mean that way to you. Just explore the reasons behind the fears. If it’s popping up-it’s ‘time’’…it’s birthing, it’s showing, so best use the pain to sort and heal and refresh, for you. Think, whether or not this person I love loves me, if they did- how would they want ME to take good care of ME, and if they do not love me (no connection, you ‘’made it up’’ sort thought) why should it matter so much that I was mistaken so as long as I treated everyone in a kind respectful matter? What’s the real message/ lesson of the mistaken belief? What can you learn and embrace (and thus, move forward) from it? Yeah, it’s painful, but pain is a sign from the body something needs attended to- physical, mental, spiritual or emotional.
