Just me over here cringing at the Colgate choral toothpaste! bad news, it's very abrasive and will actually damage your enamel - cause sensitivity and have your dentin (2nd layer) show through which is more yellow
always go to ada seal of approval toothpaste and dental products! :)

Girl, stop using charcoal toothpaste ASAP! The charcoal is TOO abrasive and it can create roughness on the enamel creating more surfaces for stain to stick too causing your teeth to wear down and become yellow from increased stain attachment causing you to need MORE WHITENING TOOTHPASTE!!! Don't use it!! - a dental student
