Are some of your phones hooked up to an Avaya box? I notice some of them are more quicker rings and ringing at different times.

They're not, but you are right because they are hooked up to something similar, a Mini PABX system which does the same thing as an Avaya PBX system.

How do you set the Caller IDs on private numbers like this? Whenever I use the way I know how to do it, it always messes up the Caller ID name. For example, if I have the caller ID set to "Anonymous User", it becomes "[V]Anonymous User".

Oh, I'm not sure why it does that. I think that the [V] normally means that it's verified.
