I am proud of Sitthannan being his batchmate friend. We have spent a large part of our lives serving for the people in the dedicated police department.
Our continuity of police service came to an end when we retired.
There are some of us who have sharing our experience of police service and updating knowledge to support serving police officers. Among them is our batch mate friend Sithannan is unique. Who is tirelessly traveling and creating awareness by involving himself and excels in media debates and lectures among law enforcement, executive and judicial officers.
Among the retired police officers there are many energetic gem officers who continue to do public service. Sithannan is one of the precious rare gems in it, as he interprets the law and its implementation in terms of the changes and actions required by the current situation and describes the codes for the same. He also points out what is missing and what needs to be added.
Our friend Sitthannan's service is commendable.

Significant Law Change with meaningless execution. There should be at least 9 - 12 days Interpretation cum training program right from Sub Inspector to DIG of police across the country. All police officials must appear in an examination/test on these laws. The failing Police Officials must reappear and MUST pass the Examination. The same is applicable for all Lawyers registered. Then ONLY the law can be enforced. Minimum of 6 months to 9 months Training duration is necessary to complete the training across the country. Otherwise, a lot of misinterpretation & misuse of law will occur day in and day out across the nation. While the laws may be brilliant, the implementation will face failure and resistance across the nation in a silent way. So, this enforcement is a great disadvantage to the citizens of India.
