Fried cassava/fried mogo/fied, yuca and mhogo wa kukaanga are some of the few names used to refer to this tasty snack. As for me I call them Crunchy/crispy fried cassava if that makes a difference 😂😂

This takes me right back to my childhood! Good times! And roasted cassava on the roadside! Happy times! I would love to see a recipe of vegetarian green banana matoke with coconut milk! My mum used to make it back in Nairobi! 😢
