This song was playing Oct.8,1968 on the radio when I was being driven by my father to White Hall St. in NYC - That was the first time I saw my father cry. I was drafted in to the Army. And NO I did not want to go.
Reminds me of my Grandmother. (I know it's about a death row killer btw)
It's just that her last words to me were "see you on Tuesday flower" She died on the Monday falling on the stairs breaking every vertebrae. It's been 7 years but I still miss her every day, tragic deaths are tough to take.
If I could get a message to her it would be "If I knew Tuesday would never come I'd have spent every last second of Easter weekend with you, I love you"
