Never in a million years would I have believed that I would see not only Survivor Cal, but also see him in SWGOH. He is sooooo good! As always, it’s great to be in the Empire today!
Why would you ever think that? He's the main character of a new Star Wars video game, of course SWGoH is going to cross-promote by putting him in the game.
Jedi Cal reminds me a lot of CLS. He is opening up a large faction even more than previously thought and he is doing a lot even by himself. His leader ability even has counter chance and he can ignore taunt.
When i finish Malgus and get his team up. Gonna 100% farm for jedi Cal. He looks so easy to get and while not intended to be a lifter, he is actually a amazing one. Gotta try the "Jedi Knight' Squad: Jedi Knight Luke Jedi Knight Revan Jedi Knight Anakin Jedi Knight Cal Jedi Knight Guardian 😂

This is literally the perfect character video. We need these exact type of videos for all characters. Ie. How to use them, when to use certain abilities and who to use them with. So many toons and I still don't know if I'm using them properly. Love it!
I think developers are total jedi, rebel, resistance - nerds. One character buff all of them in once,make them all so much better from other teams and of course no nerf in sight. Ahnaldt, thanks for your work!
CG be hatin on SEE doing work, beating others, so gets nerfed, other GLs get lifters and buffs, while poor SEE wins alone and sad with low banners. Where's the lifter for SEE which maybe revives ALL the sith allies after His ultimate for better banners??? OR one better: If you kill and win the match with his ultimate, ALL the Sith (or all allies) gets revived for max banners. Dreams...
Definetly inquisitor/sequel fans... just look at the support Resistance has, like you can buff up GL Rey really hard with Baby Cal, ben solo, Zorri,... Reva being a powerhouse despite how she appeared in Kenobi.
Wow, I'm a day one F2P player that finally doubled down on getting my first GL which coincidentally is JML since I thought the toons you get from his requirements are really good (i.e. CLS team, JKL, Hoda, etc) and after seeing some of JKC gameplay and hearing how impressive he is and how superb he goes along JML, he'd definitely my next toon I wanna unlock, sorry executor lol.

I started grinding Cal day 1, it's really the Hard nodes that are holding me back. I'm definitely slotting cal's requirements on the back burner while I grind Starkiller -> SEE. If his event pops between now and then I'll hopefully have his reqs up

Cal’s instakill seems like Starkiller’s pull it outta the sky move; yet it charges more than three times as fast. It’s great to be in Grand Admiral Ahnold’s empire; the greatest empire in history, today.
If CG adds an official lifter to Jedi Master Luke Skywalker, I hope they add his wife Mara Jade Skywalker from Legends. We already have her as the Emperor’s Hand, so it would be nice to see how she’d work as a Jedi.
As a Dark Side player, I would welcome a LS version of Mara Jade as well...the only strange part of this would be, that MJ would be dating/lifting up a Hobo Luke. 😆 To me, JKLuke is the true JML! Otherwise, yeah, we could need, use a LS MJ! SEE needs a lifter unit asap, where He can get full banners, either by reviving fallen Sith members, or other BS mechanics, and maybe getting the buffs that Armorer/Watt is giving Him! Sad to see, that in Top 50 Squad Arena there are all the GLs, but no SEE. Bad game design? CG? YES! Needs a fix asap!
rey skinwalker gets all the lifters, while being the only living jedi of her era. Pathetic. If I were a Dev at CG, I'd ban certain fractions to be added to certain GLs, so they would become even more scary/tough to beat (Jabba works quite well with His fraction. Good game design!) at least in GAC. Work with your fraction, GL, and don't depend on other fraction's strength! *sigh* Just salty about SEE getting all the nerf, and no lifter, and He usually finishes alone a.k.a. banner loss win! 😕
Dark Side Instakill: Imperial Probe Droid, Darth Nihilus, Darth Malgus Light Side Instakill: CAT, JKCalKestis, Mando Seems balanced...Tho the ONLY lore-wise True Instakill Master is Darth Nihilus in this list, the only one, who would deserve an instakill opener like CAT has, OR a Capital Ship with an Ultimate, that Drains EVERYONE to death, and still get full banners according to what his ships status were at the moment of the winning. Could be so awesome, just to destroy everything around Him, as the Lord of Hunger consumes everything and moving on. While Darth Revan piloting the Leviathan (Please!...The Ultimate should be awesome! Don't be it sukky like the Raddus's!!!) I'd be more happy with Darth Nihilus's Ravager sporting an ALL CONSUMING ultimate move. *sigh* Dreams...

Yeah you could use him with Starkiller but doesn’t make too sense. He is going to just watch Palpatine and Mara Jade run the whole battle on their own 😂 Not a great use of Cal compared to other things. Starkiller is generally just Palpatine and Mara Jade doing all the work.

Tarfful is not too bad. He’s the fastest generic team cleanse in the game

Yeah weird they didn’t do that especially since KAM does change his idle stance.
Maybe it’s because he doesn’t use his lightsaber except for specials when he’s swapping stances since his basic is only his blaster
