I just finished the interview & was shocked to hear how they feel they're serving a role for younger women ... giving them the "language" how to handle situations... then to laugh about how experiences provide content/material that "crushed" & I found their responses to Heather when they asked about her boys' love lives to be inappropriate ... waaaaaay too old to be acting that way, to be so nonchalant etc and that's why i feel it comes off as forced or a schtick I'm their age and granted my friend group is diff but I don't ever hear my peers/friends speak this way. I have my own business, been successful in my career/industry for almost 16+yrs. and am somehow able to maintain a loving marriage/partnership...why is being busy an excuse for not having a relationship? Ashley talking about how she's never been in anything long-term..it's not all on the guys or other individual 🤔 these women are still just girls. b/c they have a podcast doesn't mean they're an authority on anything they just have a platform and most of what they say seems to reactionary vs of substance

I used to listen to Girls Gotta Eat and then I, along with many others, realized how annoying and problematic they are and stopped listening. Ashley is notorious for bragging/doing comedy bits about beating 3 DUIs. Their interview with Chelsea Handler was painful to listen to and it made Chelsea so uncomfortable she commented on it on her podcast afterward. Bad. Just bad. Wow. I will not dig below the belt but this is not woman empowerment at all. I think Heather needs to remember speaking about her family is topical and relatable in every day life. The nature of this conversation is not endearing or relatable. I just don’t get the need to change the type of interviews, and the nature of topics. Most women that are free sexually are not bragging about it for a reason. Heather, ya need to go back to some of your interviews from women that go back and review their historical behavior and what was happening with them during those times.
You are so right about how difficult it is to find a relationship. And I think it’s also just in general. People have so many stimuli: iphones, instagrams, FB, Netflix, etc. that they become lazy and don’t want to almost make an effort with people who are overworked, overstressed, etc. I am one such example. I don't want to be mean or hurtful, but I agree with you, something about the "convince us we're famous" especially one of them. I kept an open mind as they graphically discussed and so glibly - which struck me as so shallow and not exactly brain food - and glad people can talk about these things "now-a-days" but nah, found them irritating, sorry! We all have our own reactions to things so no judgment, just my feeling. I see your other comment and kind of hard to believe they're approaching 40... maybe their podcast is a hoot, I don't know! 🤷♀

He sued. From that point on all tickets had disclaimers that you take the risk of being on television. Kinda funny because now people take videos out in public all the time.

A lot of mass shooting drama and my nursing nonsense makes me happy for the light talk. Also, Hannah Gutierrez Reed is responsible for the Rust death. My dad wanted a boy and I went to gun camp as a kid. I competed and won a national title. I worked at two networks before going back to school for nursing. I knew a few armorers. They NEVER leave weapons unattended. Additionally, she reportedly brought the ammo trying to gain favor with a crew guy. She had posted selfies that promptly were taken down. No time for that on a low budget set.
@Jen Agrippa there were bullets on the set, because Alac would let them use the set for shooting range when they were not filming. This woman was a Trump supporter and her, and Alec did not get along at all because of this. It was well-known that they clashed when they were, we’re not filming and even had a few arguments on set because of it, who knows what really happened.

Wow. I will not dig below the belt but this is not woman empowerment at all. I think Heather needs to remember speaking about her family is topical and relatable in every day life. The nature of this conversation is not endearing or relatable. I just don’t get the need to change the type of interviews, and the nature of topics. Most women that are free sexually are not bragging about it for a reason. Heather, ya need to go back to some of your interviews from women that go back and review their historical behavior and what was happening with them during those times.
You are so right about how difficult it is to find a relationship. And I think it’s also just in general. People have so many stimuli: iphones, instagrams, FB, Netflix, etc. that they become lazy and don’t want to almost make an effort with people who are overworked, overstressed, etc. I am one such example. You are my „friend”, why should I bother to hang out with my girlfriends if I can „hang out” with you? Sad, but true.

How old are these women? I'm in my 30s and listening to their stories about having sex with random men was so off putting. I had a wild and crazy time in my 20s but in my 30s, I don't want to hear about how some women never outgrew that phase of their lives. I shut it off after maybe 15 mins.
