- This video shows Caeden's latest physiotherapy session that we do everyday to help him manage his cerebral palsy.
Physiotherapy is one of the best ways to help with muscle training, strength, balance, motor development and mobility.
Caeden has tight Achilles Tendons and hamstrings, mainly effecting the right side of his body. These exercises will help to stretch the areas and help reduce the pain that Caeden feels every day. They can also relieve stiffness over time.
Exercise examples include:
Good toes, naughty toes

The hike stretch
High 5, weight shift
