Im so glad PARADISE is still around. I had the biggest crush on Long, LOL. I was only a kid at that time-prolly was around 7-8. It feels so weird to see them now. Time flies by fast. Everyone is getting older including me. I remember back then my cousins slept over and my bros and I would watch Paradise VHS MV with them, LOL. Then we'd laugh and joke around about the scenes. GREAT TIMES!
I told my son it's hard now days to form a group band because kids this days don't socialize like before. all they do is stay on their phone and tablets. that explain why their only solo singers now days
Still listening in 2021. This song reminds me so much when I was in my early 20’s and it’s July 4th in Minnesota. I walked around by myself, single and just browsing the vendors and food areas. Then I would walk to watch the volleyball games.... I’m married now, but I wish I would have met my current husband at that time so I could have enjoyed that time with him.
@@phatboydog6966 Yeah she does. I saw a comment she left on another Paradise video, she was married to a Hmong guy for 12 years. My ex was Hispanic and he enjoyed Hmong music a lot, his favorite was Hmoob Tuag Nthi by Rare lol
Well they're old but they haven't change! I will never stop loving them! One of the best Band ever! Plus I have Phong Yang as my Hmong professor at CSUFresno! hah! He haven't change much but hopefully they all will find time to sing some more!
How can we have band like this nowdays? Kids these day cant even speak correctly and clearly. These band can sing and pronounce our Hmong words so flawless unlike these day kids.
PaChia Vang cause the hmong people these days cant speak it, and majority of the older kids think they so baddass and all think they can rap and spit so thats all they do. No real talent. Cause majority of them cant even rap.
Leonard Butters Scotch You need to explore the Hmong community music industry a bit more. Maybe other bands are not making the type of music you like but they are a lot of good Hmong band out there like Hands, Ordinary, Heart and many others.
no... no... no... if u listen carefully, most if not all hmong bands now follow the same concept/ lyrics to please the audience... you just don't hear a song now a days and say "wow i know when i hear this song 5+ years from now i'll still enjoy it!"
Not really. The Sounder and Kub Qav Kaws are better in every area( vocal, words and meaning of the songs, music structure, notes quality and style). One OG band "Kab Nqos Vas" from the 80s still write better songs, notes and has good music structure for that generation which impressed me the most. They got good music theory even before birth. LOL
like seriously.. paradise was the shit in my days!! not alot of band today can do what they can...they are hmong legend bands in the 90s....same goes for sounders and whyteshadow!!! their music are still so popular!!! and always always brings me back sweet memories!!
I remember everyone that was dating listened to paradise. I saw so many break ups and kiss and make up haha. What great times. Hahaha damm what great times
During this Era is mY pride time and, everythings is so good early 92-2005 HELL GOOD ZOO DIB MAUM heev li...alot of prety of girls at this time. I surely missed this time zoon.
time moved on..haha paradise still rocks~! i remember listen to their songs back in 00" high schoolyrs hanging out with girls.late at night up in skyharbor...they were hella crazy for them..at that time..damn times does go by fast..almost 10yrs already..hahah
Good thing I took French class, now I understand what they were saying all along. :) I was born listening to them... and I was like... "what the heck ?" x3 Its so beautiful ! And one of the best Hmong love songs....
Define originality to me. Just because Whyteshadows doesn't play your type of music doesn't mean that they are not "original". Its good to see Hmong artists going into new boundaries instead of staying in the little box that everyone else was. Paradise and Whyteshadows opened up the doors for today's Hmong band.
Really love this song because they sing in Hmong French and English and that makes them the best band ever...the remix they made of this song during hfm was wwwoooowww so good love u always Paradise :)
OMG....I took french classes after this album came out just because of the band member that spoke french.although my french isn't all that great now lol however it brings back sooooooo many memories. Thanks for sharing....:)
Even though I'm a big fan of them and their songs I honestly don't know all their names. it would be great if they can get all together again to perform live again for the hmong new year
i remember meeting them @ fresno new year:) i was maybe 6 lol, got a poster and they signed it for me:) still a big fan!!! lol, you will live on in my heart:)
I LOVE IT WHEN THEY SPEAK IN FRENCH LIKE ON 1:38....when i was little my cousins and i would usually try to copy what he say but we usually fail because we are not Hmong France so yep...but i think the 90s-2000 are still the best!!!
Need help find a song. The lyrics I can remember as a kid (guy singing): "Girl you know it's true, it's always been you, to comfort me when I cry, it's your love that always..."
So glad I got a chance to live in the decade where Hmong music was fluently in my life, unlike today.
Progress homes. Progress.
I'm 29 and I understand u
This song is actually a combination of English, Hmong, and French.
Ashley Mill 👏
SHARIN GAN
David yang sucks... lol

One of the first Hmong Boy Band of the 90s. Bring back so many memories of the old and good days.
The days when dvd players used to be the shiet

still listening
Same
French, hmong and english not bad for a mix song very creative
Dilly Vue fake?
Rewind back to a simpler time, when there was no stress. Too young and too dumb to have any worries, just kicking it with no responsibilities.
oh man the backstreet boys, kls, sounders, destiny 98 degrees Britney spears, the new generations will never understand lol
I told my son it's hard now days to form a group band because kids this days don't socialize like before. all they do is stay on their phone and tablets. that explain why their only solo singers now days
+changievangie yup, group bands now a days are more rock than it is soul music. nothing beats the 90s for me anyways *sigh the good old days.......
😂😂😂 that's why they like K-pop. lol
Ok 👌 you can have too much too to work with your own work schedule today you have work schedule schedule today you call you have to work call
@@ebayvaj88 hey kpop is great too wtf.

I love the passion and the awkward struggling sound of the 80's band.
Brings back so much memories. These days were the best.. the new years were the best
Memories of the 90's and early 2000. Everytime when I thing about it bring tears to my eyes of all the good time and bad time that we had.
this brings back so many memories! it's so cool cause it's in three languages 😂
do you know the third language besides English and hmong?
+Panda Lovers it's French
dash belrin
Love this song..days of innocence.

I remember that year Paradise played at the MN state fair...
X V did they really played/perform at the mn state fair or your just saying that? I don't remember anything about them performing there then.
It's like the GOLDEN ERA for Hmong music.
This band was the best during my child hood, and its still the best! Beats all hmong band now days lol
