This is what I like about Jaipur dialogues , they are the watchdog, even raising questions to current administration with constructive criticism even on the right side of ideology.

कारण - पहला यह है कि कोई आपराधी उतर भारत से है , तो उसकी Appeal , Asaam/Tamil वाली Supreme court मे लगनी चाहिए , जैसे अरविद केजरीवाल का केस , Supreme Court ( Assam , Tamil ) को देना चाहिये , ता जो अगर कोई Protest वी करे तो उसे Asaam ja Tamil मे जाना पडे , जिससे उनका ही नुक़सान होगा , एक तो उन्हें भाषा नहीं आती , और दूसरा रहने खाना पीने की समसेया ,
इसके इलावा , भारत मैं जितने केस supreme court मैं pending है , उसका भी समाधान हो जाएगा , और Supreme court की monopoly भी टूट जाएगी ,

Judiciary also is not correct. No transparency in their asset declaration. Few judges have declare their assets but majority have not. Collegium is dynastic. How Govt is tolerating all this not doing anything for decades. Are they above constitution?
If a common man committs a crime he is jailed and does not get bail easily but politicians are seldom get jailed or get bail immediately and continue their activities. Dates after dates and political leaders carelessly enjoy everything. Urgently it is required. If justice system is corrected 80% of our problems will be solved. They are the main hindrance in our system.
