Once I did a big bore on my raptor things started breaking like I snapped the timing chain then the one way starter clutch bolts kept snapping even with locotide then bent the valves then I went back to stock 660 and haven’t gave me problems yet
If you don’t use brake parts cleaner in the bolt holes before you reassemble, they will back out and shear off from oil contamination. I did that back in the day and the loctite didn’t cure.
I recently lost a timing chain on a mint 2008 ltz400, nothing alerted me to an issue before hand, I still ended up pulling the head for inspection and redo by my machine ship, figured what the hell time for a big bore bp racing kit. First time in 20+ years I personally had a chain fail, at the minimum I would still pull the head and check your valves especially with the higher lift cam your running. 😉
My 660 head is being shipped next week for porting and new ferrea +1 valves. New Webcams Racing 736/737 cam is being manufactured right now, pickup in 4-6 weeks and waiting on my 102mm CP piston from Alba Racing, 4 week backorder. They are going to be doing the bore on the OEM cylinder as well. Can't wait to get this beast together. Love the vids boss.
I'm happy 686 is not messed up bad, I don't have Instagram. Most days I barely have service 2, even watch ur channel. I look forward to other videos coming. Good work with quad warz the series it was cool.
It'd be awesome to see more videos of DS 650s there's not many videos out there on them I got two of them myself and have figured them both out and run and drive great! Absolutely love them! Great quad once refreshed but some vids with them would be sweet

i wouldnt put stronger bolts in it. I had issues with them bolts backing out, make sure you remove all the oil with brake cleaner or something before the loc tite. I got tired of messing with it and found a used L&A one way already mounted on the flywheel. lol

All the talk about the one way clutch and bolts to keep u from being stranded and in the end it left u stranded lol tough luck man sorry to hear it.. torque to spec in the proper sequence and do the process a couple times to verify..
91 cr500 good year I like those graphics on the seat and it had a cool factory cr decal on the rad shrouds beautiful bikes for sure I’d really love to see that bike brought back to it’s former glory🤙🏻

@@StupidFastJohn to be honest he’s the only guy I would build or port a Lt500r.Jerry hall is a wizard in quadzilla world even the 250r world aswell but he ain’t cheap but if you look him up on google you’ll see what I mean,oh he makes all that power from porting his custom hand coned exhaust and no power valve and he makes 90hp+.I’m also looking for a Lt500r Quadzilla motor if you can help me track one down I would appreciate it.

Been watching your channel for a while now since you started building that 472 supercub. Take this as constructive criticism. You need to spend a little more time on your builds stop rushing through them. Seems all your builds something goes wrong and thats from rushing them. Take your time and pay attention details. Don't use orange silicone all over not good! Doesn't cost anything to make sure all your builds are clean before you start them. You know your shit and have great content but cannot stand that you work on dirty machines and are always cutting corners thats why all your builds have problems.
