So thanks Googan Squad for being a all around Outdoor Squad..A slow Baked Raccoon is good. Country fried is good . BBQ raccoon is good . Possum is good but it’s a little more greasy. Beaver meat is good.. FLAIR have ya tried Bobcat it’s better than ya would think.. Coyote is a meat best to grind it up first then use it like regular ground meat.... Thats right I’m a Southern Country Folk..

Only fish tacos have cabbage in them. Straight tacos are straightened corn tortilla cilantro tomato onion and jalapeno with a little Squirt of lime helium.. I live between tijuana and l Los Angeles I beat in a few straight tackles. Some may have been dog

What if you replace the golf ball with an egg? It would act perfect to cover the hole, issue I see with it would be weak shell and it would only take a mouse to crack the shell
Slowing cooking it in the crockpot would make it fall apart. Get some House Autry medium hot breaded mix, bread it and brown it in a frying pan,(do not over cook it). Place the browned meat in crockpot with a family size cream of mushroom soup, and a packet of brown gravy mix. Cook it on low for 6 hours. You’ll love it.

I've had racoon BBQ with glands removed and slow cooked and it was some of the best meat Ive ever had. Unbelievable. I used to work in meat market and have had fillets and buffalo steaks for days so I'm not a stranger to eating good meat
I caught a stray cat last year in a dog proof and have felt so bad about it that I haven’t put the traps out yet again but I think I might try again soon ❤

My dad has raised 2 raccoons but they used the doggy door and came inside and went to the bar lol. I’d soak tuna in whiskey lol.
After watching some Flair videos I saw some of those dog proof traps at Cabelas and I had to get one so I put it out but for some reason I didn’t think about using a stake with a top so the raccoon somehow pulled its self up with a tree limb and I have trail camera pictures to prove it and escaped but I’m about 90% sure I caught the same raccoon a couple months later in a regular box trap because he had a little nub where it must have pulled the trap off

I think my favorite thing to make with raccoon is raccoon stew. Most important thing is to clean it carefully and let it ice down for at least a couple of hours. Then I season the meat and throw it in a beef stock marinade overnight. Next morning I cook it in the crock pot on low all day with the same beef stock, add potatoes, carrots, onions and towards the end a pack of brown gravy. I PROMISE you won’t be able to tell the difference between it and stew beef.

The raccoon got dry aged longer previously than the one you cooked today is my guess on the taste difference.
