My Cheese stick yena is a reaper and vocalist so if she joined the group she would probably be lead vocalist with sihyeon/onda and lead rapper. Yena joining would cut down mia lines but idk how that will benefit the other girls

Besides the fact that Mia has so many lines in this song I think it's also the fact that she has a whole ass dance break too even tho she already ate like 60% of the song with her vocals and screentime. I think that if they would've given the dance break to E:U or even Yiren or Onda it wouldn't have been such a big deal. I think the problem also isn't necessary Mia getting so much lines it's more about the others getting no proper lines or too little for their position and not enough screen/center time to compensate for that. I've said it before and I'll say it again, I hope Yuehua realises that this line distribution and even center/screentime distribution isn't what we want and does something about it next comeback aka give Onda and Yiren some proper lines and treat Sihyeon like a proper lead vocalist instead of giving her a few lines here and there.

If you listen to the demo version you will see she wasn’t supposed to have this many lines, but the others didn’t fit the song as well so the lines were given to her. Dance break. She’s the best dancer. She has the best stage presence so why not give it to her? Every time I watch it I’m amazed at how well she pulled it off. Other members have two facial expressions and would be nowhere near as entertaining as that. A dance break can make or break a song. So can vocals. Onda has was to soft and girly of a voice, so her voice wouldn’t fit. Same with Yiren. That’s why Bon Bon was such a better distribution. It fit all of their voices. But it wasn’t nearly as successful as their other two so I don’t see them going back.

Why do people excuse Mia’s lines with “its yenas lines when she joins” it doesn’t make sense. It’s just a rumor and it isn’t confirmed she’s going to join even if it’s likely. Red velvet didn’t make room for Yeri when they debuted. But added her in after she joined. Why would this be different? Although with this company I wouldn’t be totally surprised if that was their reasoning.
0:46 and 2:08 are both Mia's parts. I know Yiren is the one in centre during that partbut it is definitely Mia's voice. Even in the showcase you can see Mia is the only other person mouthing the words which makes me believe its really hers. You can go to 1:00 to really hear what Yiren would sound like during that part.

Most groups debut without everyone being ready and they still continue to train them as they are a group. Onda and Yiren aren’t stable yet. Most of them aren’t but Eu Mia and even Aisha are for the most part. Once everyone can sing and dance at the same time, the distribution will get better. If someone who can’t pull something off gets it because they work hard, the stages won’t be good.
HOW TO FIX THIS MESS: 1) Dance break goes to E:U. Then halfway through (after the floor kick), Yiren and Onda join in front as a trio (they are lead dancers after all). 2) 2nd half of pre-chorus gets moved from Mia to Sihyeon. 3) 1st chorus centre starts at E:U, lines get moved from Mia to Onda (also making her centre for half the chorus) 4) Sihyeon's chorus part goes to Yiren (because now she gets every pre-chorus) 5) Mia's last line in the bridge goes to Aisha 6) Last chorus lines move from Mia to Sihyeon Effectively, this helps balance things out better and put people better in their "positions". Although E:U still gets the least lines, she gets the dance break and a centre spot at the chorus to showcase her as main dancer. Onda gets two centre positions (1 singing) over the 3 choruses + a mini dance break to show her lead dancer/lead vocalist position. Yiren gets extended lines on chorus to be in the centre more with a bit more vocals and a mini dance break as well. Sihyeon gets more vocals and gains a single centre spot on the chorus to show of her lead vocals. Aisha stays about the same, but gains another line which would be pretty standard for vocalist/lead rapper. Lastly, Mia still retains half of the prechorus, a single chorus to stay centre, and a bridge, which still cements her as the main vocalist and main dancer.
Just to clarify, idk if I’m correct but I really don’t think using the idea of yena coming and getting Mia’s lines is valid. yena from izone is from the same company as everglow and some people are using the excuse of “yena will take half of mia’s lines when she comes” but when u think about it, their song will be performed the most during their actual comeback which is NOW, if yena was really joining them, I don’t think their company would think that far ahead. And even if they did think that far ahead, I don’t think they would take measures that deep to make sure yena gets lines when iz*one’s contract hasn’t even ended yet. I think it’s clear we can see the “favoritism” but I think we all can agree it’s not Mia’s fault. All of the girls are talented and we all just want nothing more than for all of them to shine equally, bc thats what being in a group means. Let’s hope their company fixes this next time
Literally IZ*ONE contract is 2.5yrs (it will end on the begining of 2021), and Everglow debuted on March of 2019. Basing on the idea that Everglow has to singles per year, they would remake about 10 choreographies in a short amount of time. I think Yena will not be a member of Everglow, I think she will go to variety programs instead...
The "yeah" and "everglow" at the beginning are E:U lines 0:46 it's Mia 0:50 the "you're so dun" and "now you're done" are Yiren lines 2:03 it's Mia 2:08 it's Yiren and Mia as second voice 2:18 it's Yiren During the dance break, Mia is singing "nananananana" (2:23) and E:U's "ha ha ha", "you're so" "dun dun" (2:25) Also you missed E:U's "dun dun!" in the chorus
what makes it even worse is that not only does she get all of the lines but she gets all the screen time and a dance break where shes center at the end. like its obviously not her fault so no hate to Mia im just being critical on the company and their bias towards her.

Yiren gets extended lines on chorus to be in the centre more with a bit more vocals and a mini dance break as well. Sihyeon gets more vocals and gains a single centre spot on the chorus to show of her lead vocals. Aisha stays about the same, but gains another line which would be pretty standard for vocalist/lead rapper. Lastly, Mia still retains half of the prechorus, a single chorus to stay centre, and a bridge, which still cements her as the main vocalist and main dancer.

Just to clarify, idk if I’m correct but I really don’t think using the idea of yena coming and getting Mia’s lines is valid. yena from izone is from the same company as everglow and some people are using the excuse of “yena will take half of mia’s lines when she comes” but when u think about it, their song will be performed the most during their actual comeback which is NOW, if yena was really joining them, I don’t think their company would think that far ahead. And even if they did think that far ahead, I don’t think they would take measures that deep to make sure yena gets lines when iz*one’s contract hasn’t even ended yet. I think it’s clear we can see the “favoritism” but I think we all can agree it’s not Mia’s fault. All of the girls are talented and we all just want nothing more than for all of them to shine equally, bc thats what being in a group means. Let’s hope their company fixes this next time
Literally IZ*ONE contract is 2.5yrs (it will end on the begining of 2021), and Everglow debuted on March of 2019. Basing on the idea that Everglow has to singles per year, they would remake about 10 choreographies in a short amount of time. I think Yena will not be a member of Everglow, I think she will go to variety programs instead...
