Harry please go to Kaka chaat bhandar in Ambala. I'm from ambala but grew up in Canada and it's the one place in Ambala I would fly back for. Another recommendation is Nathu Ram Sweet Shop in halwai bazaar. They make special chote paneer and matar samose in the evenings that sell out as soon as they're made. Must visit places in Ambala city! Best of luck on this journey, love being able to explore India through this series
