It was a very close friend of mine, she had a great impact. She helped me with my self esteem and she treated me like a sister. She supported me and I miss her so dearly.
I missed my childhood friend... Suzana. She moved n just didn't see her for so long..
My best friend: ( I was devastated as she was the only close friends had and only person I trusted.. From then I felt empty.... I had no more motivation in my life.. And now it's hard without her but I have met new people... But I dun rlly trust them.. Cuz my friends always left me. I kinda expect everyone to leave me someday so no point getting close...
I like how Sufina talks about friends not drifting apart, but us leading on our lives, and then meeting again on intersections that we cross paths with. That's beautifully put!

I lost contact with my close friend because we both are busy with our own lives with different jobs. Years later, there's a point in life when she wanted to reconnect with me but i ignored her because i was at the lowest point in life and i pushed people away. Just lately we reconcile. We spend days sharing and just catching up on each other. I'm grateful that after all these years, she is that friend who never left. And for that, i appreciate her for reaching out to me and had always been there for me.
I can tell how much Munah loves her friend by the way she describes about her!so sweet!and also their friendship is so beautiful🥺❤️

few years ago i drifted from a friend i was really close to throughout secondary school. few months later, he showed up with cupcakes to my birthday and we talked it out and became close again for years after. sadly, he passed away last year and I still think about him a lot. the cupcake part of this video made me bawl my eyes out !! hold your friends close and thank them profusely!! ♥

Back in the 60s, we stayed at the old Police Academy near Thompson Rd. We stayed at the Inspector Quarters. My neighbours were Chinese (Sharon, Junie, Sabrina) and the mixed Indian-Chinese (the mom was a nurse, dad was a pharmacist) and their two sons Edwin and Frankie. My family moved to Malaysia in early 70s. I was very close to Edwin since we were of the same age. But after moving away, we lost contact. Gosh I would do anything to see Edwin again. Miss my buddy. I never forget the good carefree times all of us had together. Where are you now?
