kkulcheong is actually the sound of a PIG (in korean the pig sound is kkul ) & a RABBIT (in korean the sound a bunny makes is kancheong) together he mixed Kkul+Chong to make the pabbit sound (since Changbin is called dwekki in korean aka pabbit = pig and rabbit)

It's a combination onomatopoeia of pig sound (kkul) and a hopping rabbit (chong). So 'Kkulchong' is onomatopoeia from Dwaekki (Pig-Bunny) which is Changbin's character. That's why Changbin really likes this phrase. Meanwhile 'Mulchong' meaning is indeed "Water Gun", they use it in Freeze because the similarly of the sound between Kkulchong and Mulchong. That's why Changbin is the one who said it in the song 😊
