Fun fact, during the first invasion of japan, the mongols used explosives and gun powder which the japanese have never seen. This confused and disoriented them. In a battle of 3000 mongols vs 6000 samurai at Hakatai bay, the samurai were wiped out. Direct accounts from the samurai indicate general fear, confusion and chaos as the battle lasted less than half a day. I point this out because Jin makes and uses explosives proficiently as if its something easy to aquire at the time. I know its fiction but the samurai overhype is pretty prevalent in media. This was a villain you wanted to humble and Ghost gives you that in spades.

I fought khotun with honour wearing the Sakai clan armour instead of using any kunai smoke bomb etc because I liked playing with honour instead of playing with dirty tricks. If sucker punch would have added the play with honour ending then I would’ve definitely accepted it.
To be fair, in story perspective, Jin at this point abandon his honor by poison the entire Mongol army in Castle Shimura So it's more reasonable that The despicable Ghost defeat the Khan instead of Jin Sakai, who die on beach alongside the code of honor
The style of armor is cool in this game, although in reality both the katana and this type of armor only became more prevalent around the 17th-18th century. Till then they mostly relied on bows and arrows

God saved japan not the sky lol
The mongols only attempted to invade Japan twice....but yes, both times their ships were sunk or badly damaged by a storm.
@@ChromeMan04 They didn't believe in god at the time bruv the weather helped them
@@user-fz1lo9dy2s yes they did
That was awesome man. Have a great weekend.☘️
Khotun khan: In the end, I was powerless grandfather was not
Ghost:なぜ私は賛美で聞くのですか万能定規
for all of you nerds translate it into English. and continue the story and yes it is a sekiro reference.
How to translate it if i cannot copy it lol
This is the most interactive movie I have ever watched!
7:46
*first strike*
That’s for lord Adachi!
*second strike*
That’s for lord Shimura!
*Impale through chest*
That’s for Taka!
And this is for Sora!
*beheads*
nice mazinkaiser reference
@Vampless I personally felt a deeper connection with sora since he’s been there from the start and Taka is yuna’s brother.
but Shimura was still alive at that time
@@justsomeguywithoutabeard8306 right but he was imprisoned and most likely tortured before hand
8:07 Khotun Khan is not forgotten well maybe his opponents forgot him but as Mongolians we doesn't forget ANY kings back then
Fact:
3000 Mongolians Vs 6000 Samurai fought probably 100+ years ago and Mongolia won
but in the reality, it won't need lots of Mongol warriors to kill one samurai
In reality they would just shoot him up with pinpoint accuracy from their horses but its a game.
This one is op because he has the power of being a video game protagonist
ah yes thanks for confirming that this is a video game. I totally thought i went back in time and watched this happen in reality
This guy kicked my ass so many times before I finally beat him! His sweep attacks are broken AF.
Runs around and picks up supplies in the middle of a serious boss fight. Lol just like me 😀
Crazy to see that i beat the game without a lot of extra skills like this flame sword or some other things you used🤣 didnt even know it was possible. Also you make a lot more damage than i did. It was hard to beat him needed a lot more punches
Man ,just finished the game, this boss nearly made me rage quit😂😂😂😂 but this game is a masterpiece
I never died and played it on Hard in this boss fight
Bruh I watched my friend die during the fight on the ship like 100 times because he was playing on lethal lmao
@@fellascallmethedrink since I took my time, by the time I was on lethal I was so overpowered I didn’t die once. Well maybe a few.
This is my favorite game of all time and a large reason why is this fight and the storytelling leading up to it. Facing Khotun again and winning fair and square forcing him to run away and then beating him even when he throws all of his troops at you, that was just MINT. This was a villain you wanted to humble and Ghost gives you that in spades.
If y’all almost gonna go to that khan I’ll tell you some powers and also mythic powers on the low left that’s ghost stance if you press R3 L3 or other way that can scare the mongols so you can kill them Easy. The //\ slice is called dance of wrath when he shoots the bow it’s slow time to shoot the arrow and he should prob be doing heavenly strike. Like my comment = you already know. Reply if you don’t know. All the info for this vid
One of the best villain boss segment in video games.
I really want a infamous 2 remastered
What does this have to do with this game?
@@jacobnezat2388 Both games were Made by Sucker Punch Productions
.
sucker punch game
That may be possible but I keep hoping for God Hand remaster or remake.
I just want another infamous or sly cooper title from sucker punch after this
I definitely should've unlocked the Dance of Wrath before this fight, could've helped me alot lmao
Bruh use wind stance during the duel so much more easy
Damn, this guy is good
Its funny because the clothes Jin is wearing makes it so you cant see his eyes, which make the cut scenes hilarious
Jin went from a samouraï to a ninja 🥷
japanese back day's: *i will be strong powerful samurai*
japanese in 2020: *i will be hentia character voice actor and say ika ika ikaaa*

Yamete kudasai!
It's all thanks to that American nukes
Wow! Super awsome gameplay player armor & Katana is just looking like silver dragon set only a flag is remaining on back
Also the accent of Khotun Khan completely throws me off lol it sounds more Chinese than a Mongolian accent
Whos to say hes not part Chinese? Remember Ghangis Khan basically fucked a shit ton of women to where his genes live on today
I fought khotun with honour wearing the Sakai clan armour instead of using any kunai smoke bomb etc because I liked playing with honour instead of playing with dirty tricks. If sucker punch would have added the play with honour ending then I would’ve definitely accepted it.
To be fair, in story perspective, Jin at this point abandon his honor by poison the entire Mongol army in Castle Shimura
So it's more reasonable that The despicable Ghost defeat the Khan instead of Jin Sakai, who die on beach alongside the code of honor
They did? It's called killing Lord Shimura. That's the honourable ending.
The style of armor is cool in this game, although in reality both the katana and this type of armor only became more prevalent around the 17th-18th century. Till then they mostly relied on bows and arrows
Yeah but remember the game is fictional mostly. I hope the dlc give us new weapons or maybe an unarmed combat style
This is just false
When western developer make more "Japan" video game than Japanese developer 😂
I forgot to use the spear stance on the khan
Am I the only one who thinks Jin should’ve said “May your death benefit all beings.” Right before finishing Khotun
In reality Typhon had saved japans from Mongol empire.
"Kill me.. and another will come" chilling
The best graphic game in the gaming history
have u seen the last of us 2???
Like the last of us part 2 or not. You have to admit that it has VERY good graphics
Muhammad Abdullah especially the physics Nd game mechanics

Chungus Khan
I am khotun grandson of chungus cousin of Chungi
One of yeh greatest games ever created and it's no question 😊
Tbh this game duel (boss fight) is easier than minion fight lmfao
My opinion after playing this game until act 3
Nah if you have kensei armor you can finish the boss fight on the boat extremely easy.
6:18 😮😮😮
8:12need lots of power to cut that armor
Mongol invasion in 1274: lost, because they were not prepared for samurai's valor.
Mongol invasion in 1281: lost, because they got terribly unlucky with the weather. *Say hello to the tempest kamikaze*
No matter the greatness of any army, navy is still important, if you want to invade any island nations. Otherwise, you and your army are bound to fail.
That's why the British and the Japanese empires were so successful at colonizing island nations
@@elharvey5032 And also other overseas Empires like the Dutch, the French, the Portuguese and the Spanish.
I hated when khotun khan kept swinging that long ass spear 😤😂😂
Khotun khan will be remembered.
What’s that leaping attack at 6:17?
It only a boss attack
It was scripted into the fight
