Those are from two different sequences. Notice the cut after the second touch? That also is going to the opposite of the court whereas we see the ball in the back court in the third touch
I think it might be that a block doesn't count as a touch so the first is a block, hands above the net, second touch is a touch, then the setter sets and then the last guy spikes. Only explanation I can think of because normally the same player can't touch twice in a row either but the blocker does so must be that blocking doesn't count
