@hestan what temp would you recommend for a prime rib?

Medium is the temperature we would recommend for prime rib.

How would you secure 2 chickens for simultaneous rotisserie cooking?

It would be done the same way as with one. You can have two on one rod secured with the forks. There's of room.

Do you leave the rotisserie burner on high?

I really was a 36 inch hestan on a cart but it won’t fit thumb 29 inch door, unless I am able to break into distinct pieces…is this possible?

The grill head and cart come in separate pieces and are installed together, if that helps.

@@Hestan the grill head looks like it’s still to big to fit through a 29 inch wide door. Even if I get the smaller Hestan. Any other tips??

Their service stinks. And for an expensive, luxury product there are a surprising number of serious design defects. It's taken Hestan over 9 months to get my grill repaired on warranty, with them making me pay the labor for their problems! I'm not been happy with my purchase.

Lose the obnoxious music, it doesn’t add anything, it only distracts from your presentation.
