Wow! Judging from the outside of this home, I would not have expected to find such a modern and contemporary oasis inside. Although I am not a fan of the color white, in this instance, it really works. Love the use of the gray and darker color, to anchor the rooms. This helps to keep the rooms from floating away into too much airiness, but still being sophisticated looking. The finishes throughout the home are impeccable and so immaculate. Got to ding it for the dark vinyl flooring and guest bedrooms begin so close to the Master. The steps are real wood but the rest of the flooring is not.
First of all, I had to restart the video just to see those nice homes along the way to seeing this one! Wow! Nice neighborhood too. This house is gorgeous! Wow! Very beautiful! The only thing I would do is cut down some of the trees in the back and finish the basement. For that asking price though why they didn't just finish the basement? That price plus closing fee! A lot. Anyway the house is really nice. I love so much about it. I could see myself sitting on front porch or the deck. Drinking Jamaican rum punch! Lol lol that's a joke I DON'T DRINK!!!! Period!!! Lol lol lol
1 mil for THAT PLACE???? First minute before even getting into the house I can see SOOOOOOO many downspout problems that will impact the foundation and basement, eroding the flower beds ect. No all around brick siding. Small lot.
Full basement should be finished for this price…we are overpaying at this time.
