FH4 has been a blast. Despite some shortcomings, I’ve had so much fun with it over the years. Still have yet to play a Horizon game as good as the first one but FH5 is looking promising so far. @Austin Smd nah I definitely prefer the FH1 driving physics a lot more than the newer games cause the stiffer suspension combined with the fact that the roads were bumpy and imperfect made it more challenging, fun, and realistic
I downloaded this game during quarantine and played it nonstop for weeks so I'll always have those memories associated with FH4....so weird to think about but I'm so excited for FH5!!!
Horizon 4 was a weird one for me. Its the game i have the most hours in, but not the one i most enjoyed. It was fun at the start, especially with it being in my home country. However, as the game went on and there were so many updates with nothing new, it just got boring. Covid-19 didnt help that, making the game last an extra year. But now as i revisit the game every couple of months i find it fun again.

I enjoyed FH4 more than FH5 because of a lot of things. I have both games rn and I gotta admit, those games were amazing. I love FH4 because of the map *even though a lot of you hated it*, the list of cars I love the cars that weren't in FH5 but were in FH4, the showcase events, and the houses *even though a lot of you don't really care about houses*. Too difficult to have a certain favourite, so I'll give a few. Audi S1 Quattro barn find - I won every single dirt race in that amazing tune. Jaguar F-Type - Goes perfectly with the map and... that exhaust! McLaren F1 - Before the Shelby Monaco, it was so fun to turn up at the drag strip and demolish everyone. Nissan Skyline R32 - Such a fun car to drive with manual transmission, especially with a responsive and grippy build. I loved the street races in that. Ferrari LaFerrari - Tunnel... all I need to say. I'm not finished yet, I'm determined that I will get the achievement for the full festival playlist. And we'll all miss Peel 🥺
What a special game, it makes me a little sad that we ate moving on to Mexico and that's strange how a game could make you feel that way because you can go back and play it whenever, but there's nothing like playing it when it's the main game. Let's hope Forza Horizon 5 has the same effect on people because the feeling from booting up FH4 for the first time just feels nostalgic even though it was only 3 years ago.
