I think that your average folks relate better w narcs is because like the narc - they carry a similar energy which is ultimately low vibrational. Because how can you identify w light when you yourself are deep in sin. It is hard to. So they side w the dark like most people in this world. Even if unconsciously. Your average people also carry anger issues, self-esteem issue, etc and so it is easier to identify with that energy as you are on the same frequency. The good news is that for them it is more possible to change and to come into alignment with who they truly are.

Also this "impact" dynamic has a microcosmic counterpart. That is when we experience bad feelings, it happens when we ignore the voice of conscience towards awakening/harmony, or when we deal with it in a dark way. Confronting the darkness within the right way requires stupid amount of decisive courage and love. If we confront these painful uncomfortable feelings head on consistently, we will very soon awaken fully .
