Levan is breathing very, very heavily even though he's just sitting and talking quietly ... It's obvious that he's seriously neglecting his endurance training and that could be dangerous at his weight in the long run.

He weighs 400lbs. At that weight no amount of cardio would prevent the shortage of breath, it's like walking with the weight of 3 men on your shoulders.
Because he knows that if it will come down To endurance he will lose. so he relies on beating opponents in one surge. Always train one mainc move. If its strong enough you will nit need endurance.

Нельзя. Сила Левана в массе. Далеко не каждый при его росте сможет удерживать такую массу с пользой для силы. Сбросит вес - может проиграть топам арма. А если сердце с возрастом начнет подводить, то придётся сбросить вес и уйти из большого спорта.

Да, хороший костяк и форма, и вес около 80кг изначально.
конечно, тут генетика решает. Они уникумы генетические. Костяк мощный, оба к 20 годам уже крупнее и накачаннее, чем большинство, кто ходит в качалку годами. У таких без всяких занятий и стероидов вес не жирный уже 90+. А другие начинают с 55-60 в 20 лет. Вот в этом и секрет. Такие же Головинский, Эдди Хол, Хавтор и т.д.
люди на стероидах сухие 90 многие максимум могут иметь, у кого тонкие кости. А Леван вон говорит 150 сухой был.

В пример можно привести от Дениса (он, вероятно, самый сухой из абсолютки. Всегда был), до всяких бодибилдеров. Тем более при такой антропометрии

I wish for Levan to move down to his "150 kg shredded" shape. Any kind of body weight, be it fat or muscle or water, is a stress on the system. Dropping to 150kg he would probably be losing 30kg of fat and water, and 10 kg of muscle. He would still dominate. And it would benefit his health and longevity greatly.
Yeap, that's enough, more than enough. Plus now he also has experience and tactical knowledge, he doesn't need 190kg ..405lbs or more of power against 130KG super heavies
or at least cut down to 170-175 kg

Увы будет нечестно, Денис конечно сейчас не в форме. Давно не выступал. А Леван наоборот, на пике карьеры.
Все зависит от того, как поведут себя после победы/поражения. Со стороны Дениса никогда не видел, чтоб он бравировал своей силой, может по молодости. А Леван с Ларратом жестами показал его место и уровень. Посмотрим.

Леван вернул славу тяжам, а то до этого их Джон, Рустам Бабаев, Хаджимурат Золоев гоняли, а с приходом Левана, масса стала иметь значение. Как бы конкретной линии небыло по массе, а сейчас, массы не хватает, то и ловить нечего.
Это не правда, гоняли, но не настолько, чтобы прям вау. Просто был небольшой всплеск когда более лёгкие армрестлеры выстрелили, но совсем недолго. Как только Цыпленков начал правильно тренироваться для арма, то он сразу Джона заборол и после этого даже близко шансов не давал, Пушкарь то же самое да и многие другие. Кроме массы важно ещё укрепить связки и проработать углы для борьбы, понятно, что против голой силы бороться можно, а как только к этому добавляется техника и крепкие связки, то всё встаёт на места.
@@Ilia_D Ципленков хорош, но не потому, что он тяж. Он не тяж. Он максимум на 140 кг выходил и то после подводки, в основном он 125- 130 кг. А если вообще тренить перестанет, то и на 110 выйдит.
Тяж это Леван, Цветков, Кори Вест, Силаев, Заур, в общем это когда 150 кг и больше собственный вес. Денис сильный, но он же не тяж, это они попросту встречаются в одной категории типа 95+. Ципленков сам тяжей гонял.
Я не армреслер, за армреслингом наверное последнии 5 лет слежу, много роликов пересмотрел. Относительно Джона он тяжелее, но не более. А до Ципленкова, Джон всех сносил, и тяжей тоже.
Поэтому, если представим, что 140 килограмоаый Ципленков выиграет у 185 килограмоаого Левана, значит, что и тяжи на второй план отошли. И коментаторы, тогда ранее, больше ожидали результата от опыта и техники, сейчас это изменилось, я это и подметил. Вон в последнем интервью Виталий Гаспарини к тяжам, тоже не относит. Он ссеголишь борется в категории тяжеловесов.

Сейчас все вышеперечисленные тобой добавили в весе иначе вообще бы не конкурировали, даже Джон больше, чем был, он выступал в категории 95кг когда борол Дениса. Я тебе про то и пишу, что во время смены поколений тяжей, до той поры пока была только голая сила маленькие и техничные армрестлеры действительно показывали отличные результаты, но это был краткий промежуток времени. Как только тяжи набрали профильной силы они стали доминировать. К тому же турниры и армфайт - это совершенно разные вещи. Возьми Золоева в весе 75кг и поставь против любого из топ-20 тяжей - он всем проиграет без вариантов, если брать формат армфайтов.

По версии того же Лалетина Гаспарини не тяж, а он сейчас тяжелее Ципленкова, Кори Вест тоже природный тяж, то есть он свои 150 кг без тренировок и подводок не потеряет. А Денис про свои 150 кг не упоминает, я от него слышу 140 максимум, а в остальном между 125-135 кг

Levan seems like a really good guy, but he needs to stop soon before his long term health is endangered. He should have focused more on technique instead of just getting bigger than everyone and trying to overpower them. While he's been successful it's not without its dangers. His breathing has sounded bad since his match with Devon, and the way he had to quit vs Ermes is not a good sign. I know most guys use stuff to compete, but there's a limit to what our bodies can handle.
