Thanks for the video, you’re right it’s good to see how to correct the little things that happen with our machines. What I really like is when you looked at the empty spool and saw a creative person’s treasure, it’s funny how our brain starts creating with something another person would toss. And that is exactly why my “sewing/craft/office room” looks the way it does. 😆

sue - I'm wondering if the cap you are using is too small? Try the larger one - i looked in the manual and the cap that holds the thread is supposed to be larger than the spool...

That spool in the 5 pack is cheaper than my sewing center where I got my machine. I bought 1 from them and it was $17... Yikes!!!
