In theory you could do it even on a base if you'll manage to clip in the void part. If I take it the right way, devs made it so whenever you die you drop an axe but if you die in the void it is being restored. And so if you will reload at the same time you'll get original axe and the restored one together. This is probably where is a dupe hinch is in case anyone wondered.

I am pretty sure there were exploits in Prison Life which used to teleport players by giving an item to the victim connected to the exploiter and so teleport players while you and an exploiter hold it.
