Thunderbelt is not really efficient when you play jungle but its really good in exp lane because you stack so mutch against your lane opponent You could use clock of destiny if you want to have more tankyness in fight to compensate thunderbelt
Thunderbelt is an item that gives u hybrid defense, slows, and true damage. It scales with stacks every time the passive is active and u hit an enemy hero u will slow, deal true damage, and gain 1 stack giving u hybrid defense (1 magic and 1 physical defense) the stacks are literally unlimited, the true damage will scale of how many stack u have. But its only beneficial on fighters and tanks, because on mages, mm, and assassins the stack is half. And yes is good on esme even though she is consider a mage too but since that’s her secondary role her stacks won’t get half.
I think dominance is still good on her because sometimes u need the antiheal for some characters and u counter marksman’s attack speed which is esme’s biggest counter.
