You make a very good point about boiler settings and having the rads balanced and set up so that the whole system contributes to efficiency and keeps it in condensing range. I am sure there a whole load of oversized boilers installed that have never condensed in their lives.

I've had my Baxi combi boiler leak from the condensate pipe with no rhyme or reason for years now with gas engineers unable to find any faults or issues... I found your video this evening and rolled up my sleeves, threw on rubber gloves and wow the blockage. I can't thank you enough for solving my biggest stress. 🫶

Hey buddy I’ve been a heating engineer for 23 yrs , I left the gas trade in 2010 and became a debt collector and worked the doors for about 5 yrs then ended up fixing boilers again 😂
