I love listening to Dr Louise Newson. She is so knowledgeable about her work. I have and enjoy using the balance app. I am 63 and have been taking Kliovance for around 12 years and I feel great. I do feel that I have to keep justifying why I want this medication and gp 's will only prescribe it for 3 months. Then I have to keep asking for it again. But I am not going to stop taking it, it's definitely made a huge difference to my health. I hope I am allowed to take it for the rest of my life. It has such an impact on my overall health. I get the impression that GP's think you should only be on hrt while you are getting through menopause. But the hormones that have declined affect so many areas of our health. The people who are prescribing it don't have the time to give you because there are other more urgent cases they need to see . Thank you Dr Newson for all the work you do .

Thank you Dr. Newson for your amazing continuing work! I believe you are sharing the most logical, rational and consistently scientific viewpoint on female hormone health. Your perspective is firmly planted in evidence-based care as well as common sense. The information you have shared has transformed my understanding and my personal health. Thank you!

I believe listening to podcasts like these and educated yourself as much as possible and beginning to understand your own body will help when you speak to your GP.
Look at all aspects of your life I.E sleep hygiene, eating well and enough protein and exercising around your cycle and then the added bonus of the natural hormone you may be lacking should have you thriving 🤞

39:23 I'm so happy to hear this. In some women progesterone can reactivate old trauma but it's short-term for long-term gain.

Thank you for all you do to empower us woman. Took me over a year to get HRT and definitely felt fobbed off by gp. Now I’m Trying to get my gp to change my progesterone from Gepritx to ultrogestan as it wasn’t specified on my prescription is like banging my head against a brick wall.
She sent a prescription to pharmacy for Provera now which I don’t want as it’s synthetic….. think I might just send her the link to your podcasts!!!!!

PCOS is related to insulin resistance and going whole food, low carb helps. See Ivor Cummins (the fat emperor) videos.

It's all diet and toxins. Xeno estrogens and toxic meds. Even injections affected girls/women.

Eat good fats and natural fats including saturated fats from animals. You will not have problem with menopause. Guaranteed.
BUT be low carbs and remove all ultra processed, sugar, starchy foods & drinks and seed oils.

It's one aspect of the problem. Its not the panacea. You didn't listen to her. She said it's the brain and the bio chemicals. The fluctuations the sensitivity. No one woman is the same. You do such a disservice.

Very interesting… My 21 yr old cleaned up her diet, started moving more and increased healthy fat and her PMS has improved… worth a try. Dr Louise speaks about this in minute 43.

Homepathy remedies made up for you by a proper practitioner reduces all of that. But again it's just one part of the whole issue. Same as proper nutrition.
