On advice for every Pakistani investor, either local or overseas 'stays million miles away from potohari dealer/construction company or builder . They ruined the whole real estate market of pakistan for their gains . Finally karachi bahria ,lahore bahria are getting rid of these parasites.

Brother during BENAZIR REGIME, a project was started by the name of ISLAMABAD NEW CITY PROJECT ISLAMABAD JV OF CDA AND NHA, which was sold to local and overseas clients, BUT NAB HAS FAILED TO REFUND PAYMENTS TO AFFECTEES TILL DATE. AROUND 25 YEARS HAS PASSED.
That case is dead now and even if they return those payments worth pennies today
RULE OF LAW and JUSTICE ON MERIT is the only solution.
Policies and regulations should be strict and include the interest of both buyer and seller

I am not a property/ development expert but as you said I was also inspired by the fame of Eighteen and when I visited two years ago, I had also the same feeling which you had mentioned now.(after 2 years). The development is in complete altogether, like the road, foot paths, green areas, golf club is partially complete and leave unattended in the middle.
It was a surprised for me that with that much of publicity, fame and high cost, how poorly it is managed and developing. No body share the responsibility and or act wisely and professionally Stone age characteristics.....

Unfortunately we can't see a single project in Pak that was completed in time. Lifestyle was started during 2013 and during April 2023 the then Minster had inaugurated of handling over of possession of flat but until todate not a single flat is livable. Saad sb can you give a glance on its future??
