From Chainsaw's view (fairly sure he was in a timelapse, if not then it was really sped up from his view), it looked like you were engrossed in an awesome song on the tractor radio having a bit of a disco. And yeah, you do need to apply lime before seeding every time, but the section that has already had lime usually uses much less lime than it does for the original coat. Also as a test over last week I was checking the fuel usage on my largest tractor. With its engine at 85% worn, it was chewing through about 145 litres per hour of fuel at its peak. Once fully repaired not only did I get the power back, but fuel use was down to about 110 litres per hour as a maximum. So you save coin on fuel keeping the tractors maintained. I noted one your your smaller ones is still a little sad on the repair meter. With precision farming, you do not need 2 coats of fertilizer. The single application brings it up to its target then you can leave it. The only thing it needs after that is weed control. I have not experimented with doing weed control with spot spraying before crop germination with PF on. Without it on, you get more crop spraying before the crops and weeds germinate. There was a sprayer in the sale on the previous ep for $18k which would have been a great buy as it can be extended to 27m at least from its base of 18m, but more importantly it could have taken the spot spray upgrade later. I spent about $80k on the same sprayer new from the store including the spot spray upgrade which is 39k from memory. I think your lag spikes are probably more the nature of mobile broadband inherently not having stable latency than your server. I watched chainsaws ep before yours and while you were having lag spikes most of the ep, he looked pretty much stable. Mobile broadband is great for speed (esspecially 4G or 5G) but latency wise its prone to spikes which literately last a second or two, but thats enough to cause online games to go haywire. Back in the previous competitive multiplayer, I queued up both yours and chainsaws ep to the same ingame time where you had a major lag spike. It just so happens both of you had your minimap open at the same time. Chainsaws latency pretty much stable at 45ms. Your latency spikes to over 300ms two or 3 times for a second or so which caused the game to go nuts. I dont know your situation re internet and whats available, but mobile broadband and online gaming usually dont mix, well not unless you are located really close to a tower and said tower is not overprovisioned like so many ISPs and Telcos like to do in this era. I use my Starlink when down in the country (like I was last week). Its latency is maybe 20-30ms higher but very stable than my fiber connection back at home. I downloaded Baldur's Gate 3 from Steam in about 46 minutes (150GB), which may not be fast to some others, but for me here in AU its pretty fast given my fibre at home is only 100mbps. Starlink was giving me about 550mbps and I was still able to watch YT at the same time that was downloading.
Remember with Precision Farming, only the first Lime spreading uses so much. When you're only increasing by .125 after a harvest it doesn't use much at all, so that big spreader will last a while now! :)
I think you guys could definitely do potatoes with a small planter and a harvester that just drops them on the ground, both of you going with buckets and a trailer to pick them up. I wouldn’t do it on a big field though lol
The lag spikes in multiplayer are from the other players skimming options in the shop- If you click through anything, even tire types, every time you click, the other players stall.
On the carrot and potato harvesting. It's remarkable how much the equipment to harvest root veg costs compared to how low value the crops are. I really feel bad for farmers.
What if the problem with vintage survival seeming too slow was because most of your other series’s have such large fields like this series. When in actuality it wasn’t slower for the work being done. But if that’s boring you then you could just choose a map with larger fields for the next vintage survival series…and smaller combine fees
It might be better to have the giant field with the island as two fields. Remove the island, and put a grass access track up the middle. That big an area is going to be too much for the little combine you have.
Ik this is late for when u were working on this series but u seem to play this game alooootttt and one obvious thing u dont know, is that if you cut the logs to like 3 or 4 you will get more money please start doing that in upcoming vids would be much more satisfying but great series so far very impressed at the dedication i can never stick at one game save so long😂🎉
Hello! Daggerwins Official Multiplayer Server is still here! Open and available to anyone on either PC or Console. Feel free to join the Official Discord discord.gg/4SnUAFu for more information on how to join and for information on updates about the server and for special events.😊
Hey @Daggerwin could you get yourself"s the Deutz-fahr 6.61 agrostar its a great tractor you get it for 30k and it gives you a front-loader attacher, front hidravlycs+pto 143hp as standard and it gets some colors for free a great small tractor to replace the Zetor-75hp and it goes about 40km/h
Do you have a mod list for you from scratch survival series? Im interested in trying to do it myself but im new to fs22 and there are so many mods and it makes it very overwhelming.
That one (the Amazone one) doesn't do lime spreading, fertilizer only. Although there are a few modded versions of that which support both, like the Kubota Geospread.
Fix the tractor, fix the tractor... Oh good, he's at the shop, he'll fix the trac... Spreader?? That's already green? And drive off chugging up the hill with a shiny Bredal spreader and a tractor that's on its last legs. Well done, Daggerwin, top drawer stuff.
Does chainsaw ever get frustrated with you when you are drilling a field ? You leaving tiny patches everywhere is mega frustrating!!! Your fields must look like a teenagers face with all them pimple holes in it everywhere!!!! STOP IT!!!!!
Why 2 drills and not just one double the width? Instead of 2 ppl drilling, you can have 1 drilling and 1 rolling behind. 2 drills is a silly idea. The MF should be able to power a much larger drill
Thats what is suppose to happen when You keep the Loader up high. ,I keep trying to tell You that..... WHAT You really need is to slow down and not be in such a hurry. You are getting really sloppy with the farming detail .. UGGG...
With all this canola, you should cut the “tree island” on the big field and use the money to purchase the oil mill!
Good point

If you get a rock picker and crusher later on, you can save a small bit of money on lime.
rock picker form 82Studios I guess. Basically its 18m width rock picker, super quick rock picking and cheap
Stop telling him what to do deggerwin is grandmaster of fs

@@Dredwing17 I am not telling him. It is a suggestion to help save a few bucks if he wanted to.

Driving around with your forks sky high is a good way to make sure you flip over...
Thanks, I say it every time!!

Prices are low but the yields are massive tbf
@@Shovel328 yeah. But the profit margin is so small they almost count the net profit in pennies per acre
Not to mention there being *three* different types of root vegs which all require their own machinery, at least if you don't use modded equipment.
@@Stoney3K well, I was referring to rl but yeah.
Daggerwin you shod get a crop mulcher to use after the harvest to increase the yeald/crops you get from your feild.
Direct seeding into the stubble gives the same yield bonus as mulching, doesn’t it?

Can you not pull a roller behind a seeder? The big tractor looks to be big enough, and doing it together would make planting faster overall.
Lower your forks to lower your center of gravity
I’ve tried that spreader, I believe it’s broken. Swapping to a different one used much less for me.

might be worth bulding some factory up and making canrola oil
You can extend the capacity of that tiny spreader by sticking a bucket on the front loader and filling that with lime.
It is quite possible that there was an Update, as i saw the AI Worker had a full Name instead of just a simple Letter to designate her
Could be their mod as well. You can name the workers
I feel like it was an update for the Logitech g hub because I had the same problem
I bet you got that title card caption from top gear, didn't you dag? 😉
I like the breakdancing tractor
Hi Daggerwin, you should return to My Summer Car and finally get the satsuma running!
Why on earth do you drive the Front Loader up? It becomes a really unbalanced ride..
He has no concept of simple Physics AHAHAHA
I wish that would happen more often in this Game
You’d better finish the trees in that island before the crop grows and u will destroy the crops getting to it
With that new massive field, profits will skyrocket
Do you have a mod list for you from scratch survival series? Im interested in trying to do it myself but im new to fs22 and there are so many mods and it makes it very overwhelming.
what to do if it lags on farming even though I have a 3080?
it would be more interesting to watch if you two had both mikes on and talked while you play...just a suggestion
Gotta plant some corn
Should grab another drill put the arms out and have the 3 running off one tractor
Sell both small tractors to get a 2nd bigger one with a front loader
Do something to the original tractor that got the power increase.
So you can tell at a glance which one of the 2 it is.
Is Chainsaw Virtual Daggerwin this season? Has Virtual Daggerwin always been Chainsaw? So many questions so little time
there is one for 26k which has a width of 42m spread

GOATED
Just put both drills on the Massey.....
why did daggerwin stop updating the playlists ?

You linked to the wrong video for Chainsaw.
I think you should have just cut down all those trees in the middle before turning the fields over.
Some glitchy lettuce
I use the 6 ton fertilizer mod and it uses fertilizer and lime at a extremely low rate and it cost only 12k at base level
