    Liya is an Arch Linux-based, rolling release distribution. The project uses the Calamares system installer to set up the distribution which offers users the Cinnamon desktop environment, Pamac graphical package manager, and OnlyOffice. The system is intended to be easy to use, easy to explore, and distraction-free.

      can it run steam with ease or are a lot of work arounds necessary? I've heard linux in general can be a struggle for gaming

      @@user-px1sb7et7t Steam works with very minor tweaks (i.e. enabling Proton) on every distro. However, since this is an Arch-based "rollling release" distro, I would not recommend it as a starter. Honestly if you're looking for a good first distro just use Pop or Mint.

    At first when opening the video I thought "okay yet another Ubuntu clone with slightly different themes" but there are actually some pretty damn based defaults in here, although I prefer KDE nowadays
