Why were refs giving restarts to Nugzari when his elbow came off instead of making it a pin for Petro...makes no sense,are those the rules from EvW or what?
He has nerv ticks, it's a condition like when you have a hiccup. It can be triggered when you are nervous or dunno.... It's a medical condition but not serious one just annoying for him I guess....
