Fun fact the nfl always lets the case play out in court until they make a decision, And usually players put on commissioner exemp list (paid leave) are player have some sort of pending DV cases. Rices case doesn’t start til late December So won’t get a suspension til next season.
Rice's court date is in December. After his court date, he'll probably get suspended.
Right now they are saying despite the court date, it's still gonna be playing out. It will likely be next season that he's suspended
