@ agree, it seems to work quite well for Indycars since the cars can run closer together due to less aero sensitivity. Plus drivers can manage when & how they use the push-to-pass function.
Indycar is awesome, although there are only two suppliers, I follow also F1 and believe me if Indycar becomes an international series, you can say that following F1 with the actual regulations is a waste of time.
Can we just appreciate the amount of great racing and battles for a moment? Just shows how much F1 has become a joke. Indycar needs to do 2 things: Capitalize on the european market with F1 struggeling and give a license to a sim-racing studio to make a dedicated Indycar Sim.
This is by far more entertaining than F1. I always liked Champ Car and Cart so when those series folded, I didn’t watch open wheel car racing other than F1 and its support series but seeing Indy car this past few years have been a blast.

When you hit 30+ on the commentary teams whoawometer you know its been good race.Love the teams honest reactions to what is happening on track. Exactly what I do. Its not exactly out of the commentators manual but reflects the action perfectly. And what action. The first corner, the wheel to wheel, all through the field, Herta catching that slide. Brilliant. Yeah Rossi did a Hamilton but that is unusual. There was so much to follow.Lots of mentions of F1 here. Sorry. What's that? Watch the NBC Indycars feed on Sky F1 here and am worried that if it continues to be that much better than F1 and F2 then they might pull it. Bernie wasn't happy about CARTs popularity in the early 90s and I think it might get back to that over the next couple of years.
Why there are no more full races of Indycar 2019 here on the Channel??? That´s a shame - we dont need the highlights, we want full races, like last year. Greets from Germany
I had to miss the race this weekend due to a job. I even joked to a friend that Rossi would win since I wouldn't be able to watch it. So of course Rossi goes and wins it.
The funny thing is in F1 Rossi would have gotten a penalty for "leaving the track and gaining an advantage" at 0:47. I was a live long F1 Fan but this season just killed it for me, the penalties they are giving out the everlasting Mercedes domination and super boring races without any real action, and if action happens someone gets a penalty, like Ricciardo did on Sunday, smh. This was the first Indiycar race I have ever seen and it was just awesome. Real racing, no stupid penalties and a real race track. Not the parking lot race track with a track painted on, like Paul Ricard, or Yas Marina in Abu Dabi. Thank god Fia hasn´t any power over Indycar.
Also the funny thing is that Indycar is ahead of F1 in terms of racing for years. I'm watching since St. Petersburg 2015 and there was no disappointing race so far for me.
All my life F1 has been in my blood but with so much Hamilton, Vettel domination is making a transfusion of blood imminent. I may become indy positive. I love slowed down pit stops

I've watched Indy car since 1969. Scott Dixon has fairly quietly made himself a GOAT top 10 contender, maybe top 5. It's been fun watching him drive.
