THE TRUTH
Whats the difference between one more cancel and one more burst?
One More Cancels cost 50 meter and instantly cancel whatever move you're doing. Used to extend combos, cancel the recovery of a move, etc.
One More Bursts cost your Burst and launch the opponent into the air on hit and partially reverse damage scaling. Allowing for combos that can't be done without using OMB.

Yes, of course! OMC is ABC while doing a move that hit or was blocked. OMB is ACD, the same as Burst, but while doing a move that was hit or blocked.
