too late unfortunately for this one. They approved an offer. South view is a higher cost but amazing! Just hard to get them to come on the market.

Was in Vegas three weeks ago. Stayed next door to this building. Looking up at night, the building looks completely empty. Very few unit had lights on at night.
Most high rise units in Las Vegas are vacation homes or 2nd 3rd homes.
How are we not getting a nighttime view shot? That's a huge selling point to me.
Cant get all the shots haha but happy to show you the view at night or take a personal video for you if you are in the market. I do this for all my clients. 👍
What are the HOA fees and what do they cover? Free wifi, water, sewer, electricity, etc?
I believe this one was about $900 a month and it covers everything besides electric, cable, internet and insurance for inside your unit.
