Ross my question to you is : I heard that Facebook do not like affiliate marketers and that they close affiliate marketers accounts very fast, how do you prevent this from happening???
It's not true. I run ads for clickbank offers and I noticed that Facebook only disables your account if you violate their policies and guidelines.
You should read and understand their policies before running ads. It'll save you a lot of headache

Let me ask, is it necessary to create a landing page and then link to the sales page? Why not link directly to the sales page to quickly convert more product information
You do that for 2 reasons.
First a landing page allows you to collect email addresses that you'll use to promote other offers.
Second most social media networks don't allow you to post an affiliate link on their platforms. So the best way would be to create a landing page
